Meet Your Instructors
Miss Olivia is the head teacher of ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. She teaches levels A-F and directs the competitive team.
Olivia began her dance training at the age of two and has been dedicated to the art of dance for over 28 years. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and pointe. Olivia went on to earn a dual degree from Shenandoah Conservatory at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
During her time at Shenandoah, Olivia performed in over 26 mainstage productions with the Shenandoah Dance Ensemble at the Ohrstrom-Bryant Theatre. She also performed in New York City at both the Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theater and the Salvatore Capezio Theater as part of the New York Jazz Choreography Project. Additional performance credits include the Jazz and Tap Festival in Annandale, Virginia, the American College Dance Association Regional Conference at West Virginia University, and the Velocity DC Dance Festival at Sidney Harman Hall.
In 2014, Olivia was awarded the Gus Giordano Scholarship for Excellence in Dance by choreographer Alan Arnett, and upon graduation received the Outstanding Performance in Dance Award from Shenandoah Conservatory. Her professional credits include Netflix’s Sweet Girl and performing as a company dancer with Exhalations Dance Theater.
Olivia has been choreographing and competing solo works since the age of seven and has received numerous awards for standout choreography, including top-scoring solos and group awards at regional and national competitions. She has been teaching dance for 10 years and is currently in her 5th year as the owner and director of her own studio.
Olivia is passionate about sharing her love of dance and is committed to inspiring the next generation of dancers through strong technical training, creativity, and performance excellence.
Miss Gianna teaches acro, ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. She teaches Pre Ballet and levels A-C.
Gianna has trained in dance for 14 years and has spent the past 10 years competing at regional and national dance competitions. She began her dance education in Acro at the age of four and expanded her training to include ballet and jazz the following year, developing a strong technical foundation across multiple disciplines.
Currently in her third year as an instructor at Prodigy Dance Company, Gianna primarily teaches dancers ages 3–12, with a focus on Acro classes and Petite competitive teams.
Passionate about dance education, Gianna is dedicated to creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students can build confidence, develop their skills, and discover a lifelong love of dance. She finds great fulfillment in helping young dancers grow both as performers and as individuals while fostering their joy and enthusiasm for the art form.
